Florida Families Deserve Fairness

We’re leading the movement for family law reform in Florida.

Florida’s family courts are broken, and children are paying the price. The Family Alliance Movement is a community of parents, advocates, and lawmakers demanding the court system put families first.

Real Families Are Affected Every Day

Behind every bill passed, we see families who refused to give up on real change. Your stories are the reasons we fight. Share yours today to inspire other parents & change-makers.

About the Movement

The Family Alliance Movement (FAM) is a 501(c)(4) dedicated to providing a voice for parents who need advocates fighting the judicial system in divorce and custody battles.

Every day, Florida families are torn apart by a system that claims to protect them.

Parents are silenced.

Children are separated.

And outdated laws fuel the unfair cycle.

Our movement was born from this pain. What started as one family saying “enough is enough” has become a statewide movement for fairness and accountability in every family law case.

Why We're Fighting

We’ve seen the damage. Now we’re demanding change.

Our mission is to protect children by reforming the broken family court system through legislation and advocacy. Unlike other advocacy groups, we’re doing more than just telling stories. We’re actively changing the system that made these stories exist in the first place.

We aim to:

  • Protect children from judicial abuse and systemic delays
  • Preserve the bond between parents and children
  • Pass laws that put children first
  • Demand accountability from lawyers and court-appointed officials
